LSTC、北海道大学、富士フイルム、GEヘルスケア・ジャパン、ベルギーのimecの5者がNEDO事業に採択され、推論特化の2nm世代半導体で医用画像AIを高速化する研究開発を開始しました。CT・超音波・手術支援の3システムを開発し、現行GPU比で処理速度5倍以上、エネルギー効率10倍以上を目指します。
